ENCORE
The Encore is made of long lasting, maintenance
free vinyl with strong fully fusion welded sash
and mainframe construction. All windows are manufactured
with multi-chambered vinyl extrusions to lend
to the window's structural integrity and optimum
insulating performance. Each window is made-to-order
so you are assured your window will be a custom
fit. The Encore also features interlocking sashes
and triple weather stripping to insure a positive
seal. They operate on constant force coil balances
set at the factory making it maintenance free
for the homeowner. All Encore windows feature
PPG Intercept spacers and 7/8" double insulated
glass. Seaway backs their products with a written
lifetime warranty on the glass, frame and parts
of the window. They also have a lifetime Accidental
Glass Breakage warranty. The Encore series features

HMI
ENTRY DOORS
Entry door is custom made using 20-gauge steel
with thermal barriers edge design to prevent cold
condensation. The door has one of the highest
insulation values almost two times of many other
steel doors. An all steel edge gives greater strength
to the door and locks. Th 16-gauge steel frame
reinforces the doorway and includes ball bearing
security hinges with interlocking tab. Each door
comes with a Schlage knob and single cylinder
deadbolt. There is a 19" security block with
a 14-gauge reinforced channel that secures the
deadbolt. Also features an adjustable thermal
threshold and double bubble/double fin sweep.
These insure a tight seal to reject rain or air
penetration. All doors come factory painted white
in and out. There is a large selection of paints
and stains available. HMI have a written limited
lifetime warranty and 5-year warranty on the finish
of the door.
THERMAL
SLIDING PATIO DOORS
The Legance sliding patio door has a fully welded
construction, aluminum reinforcement and superior
wedging interlock. These provide a tight seal
between the sashes. The exclusive monorail track
design allows for smooth, easy operation. Keyed,
dual-point grappling hook locks are standard on
all door handles. In addition, a standard recessed
security bolt mounted on the trailing edge of
the operating sash help to draw the sash tight
to the frame. The heavy-duty hanging screen with
"Accu-Track" ensures smooth operation
and eliminates the hassle of wheels. Thermal Industries
have a written 25 year warranty.
ARMACLAD
STORM DOOR
Armaclad offers the first original solid core
storm door. Armaclad does not piece the aluminum
together. The seamless skin protects the wooden
core from rot. Each door comes standard with hardware,
heavy duty closer with a wind chain and weatherstrpping.
Every door is hung with stainless steel butt hinges,
avoiding the wear and tear that is common with
the piano style hinges. There is a selection of
eleven different baked-on enamel finishes. Armaclad
has a written lifetime warranty on the body of
the door.
